Lealman, FL (May 10, 2024) — The Lealman Exchange is excited to announce the launch of the Check. Change. Control. series, an initiative by the American Heart Association to help individuals manage and improve their cardiovascular health. Starting May 23, 2024, the series will run monthly, every fourth Thursday at 7 PM.
The Check. Change. Control. Program focuses on the critical aspects of blood pressure management by encouraging participants to monitor their blood pressure, make healthy lifestyle changes, and maintain control to prevent heart disease and stroke. This series is designed for individuals who want to take proactive steps in managing their cardiovascular health.
