Literacy Week at Discovery Learning Center at PARC

I would like to let you know about some wonderful things happening at PARC’s Discovery Learning Center. This week for Literacy Week our teachers have been going above and beyond to provide the best learning experience for our students. Focusing on the importance of reading and literacy, our teachers have worked hard to come up with a week full of fun activities encouraging kids and families to open their books and explore new stories. From guest readers in person and via Zoom, to decorated doors, and class performances the excitement has been endless.

We will be wrapping up our literacy week this Friday and I would be more than happy to send you pictures, videos, parent’s testimonies and more if you would like. You are also always welcome to stop by and see for yourself the exciting things this local non-profit is doing.
