St. Petersburg, FL – Mt. Zion Progressive Missionary Baptist Church invites the community to join in two unforgettable events that celebrate faith, family, and fellowship during the holiday season.

On Sunday, December 22, 2024, Mt. Zion will host its Christmas Service at 7:45 AM and 10:00 AM at 955 20th St. S., St. Petersburg, FL 33712. Attendees will experience the joy and wonder of Christmas through inspiring worship and a powerful message celebrating the birth of Christ. All are welcome to join this festive celebration of hope and love.

On Tuesday, December 31, 2024, Mt. Zion presents its Watch Night New Year’s Eve Celebration, beginning at 9:00 PM. This year’s special event will feature Comedian Small Fire, delivering laughter and joy to ring in the New Year. Pastor Louis M. Murphy, Sr., and First Lady Darla Murphy will lead a time of worship, reflection, and celebration. The event will take place at Mt. Zion Progressive Missionary Baptist Church and promises to be a night of faith-filled fun for all ages.
