New York Real Estate Broker Joe Pettinella closes on the Tierra Verde office center and Century 21 Coastal Alliance Building

Joe Pettinella, Real Estate Broker from upstate New York has closed on the Tierra Verde Office Center and Century 21 Coastal Alliance building at 150 Pinellas Bayway S., Tierra Verde, Fl.
Mr.Petinella has 9 offices in the Hudson Valley and has just been awarded the #1 Company in New York State for his Company, Century 21 Alliance. The Tierra Verde building, built in 1985 houses his Real Estate Office, and has 10 office rentals.
“I have been coming to Tierra Verde for over 20 years and I have decided that it is time to spend more time in Florida.” Said Petinella.
He also owns a commercial building in Clearwater and another Century 21 office in Palm Harbor. Additionally, he is developing an upscale subdivision in Palm Harbor that will feature 7 build to suit homes.
