Operation PAR Announces New Board Chair
New Board Chair brings strong community leadership and over 15 years of service to Operation PAR
PINELLAS PARK, Florida – Operation PAR is pleased to announce the appointment of a new Board Chair, Tina Gilmore-Johnson. Having served Operation PAR as a Board Member since 2005, Ms. Gilmore-Johnson is dedicated to supporting the organization’s mission: to strengthen our communities by caring for families and individuals impacted by substance use and mental illness.
In addition to her involvement with Operation PAR, Gilmore-Johnson has 31 years of branch-banking experience, the last seven of which have been with Regions. She serves as Consumer Banking Manager, guiding 15 area branch teams as they deliver personalized services to customers each day. Tina was recently appointed to serve as Market Executive for the bank in St. Petersburg, Clearwater and surrounding communities in Pinellas County. Prior to joining Regions, Tina worked for SunTrust Bank for over 22 years. Her leadership transferred throughout Pinellas and Hillsborough County, but most notably, she served as the Area Manager in the St. Petersburg and South Tampa markets for seven years.
She also serves as the current Secretary for the Kiwanis Club of Pinellas Park. Previous and continuing volunteerism efforts include partnering with Junior Achievement to deliver financial wellness education, volunteering with Feeding Tampa Bay, and serving as an ambassador and Loan Executive for United Way.
Her strong leadership skills combined with her servant’s heart make her an ideal Board Chair. We are honored to welcome her into her new role on the Operation PAR Board of Directors.
