Possible solution the the Affordable Housing Crisis

I hope to install a demonstration model center of 3 small affordable houses in So Stl Petersburg early next year. The houses will be built with a mostly unknown energy-efficient technology. They will be built by Women Veterans who will inherit the business after s short period of time for the City and Citizens to see them and kick-the-tires. A 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom models. If they are pleasing to the community we plan to build them on existing lots qualified for an ADU. The City will gain from taxes with no extra infrastructure costs, the Homeowner from extra rental income and the Rentor from lower monthly rental costs and energy savings. The Workforce people renting them will save lower rental costs and energy saving. Our Planet will benefit because they halve the pollution caused by conventional construction practices.
