Randall Cathell Joins CBIZ Tampa Bay Team as Managing Director

CBIZ is pleased to announce the hiring of Randall Cathell as a managing director in the Tampa Bay office.

Cathell brings more than 25 years of experience in both private and public accounting to the role. He has extensive experience consulting on a wide array of issues including cross-border repatriation, withholding taxes, inbound and outbound tax planning and compliance, export tax incentives, bilateral tax treaties, FATCA, and tax reform. Cathell will focus on providing international tax services to both public (SEC) and private companies in diverse industry groups, such as technology and life sciences, manufacturing, private equity, and financial services.

Cathell received his Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and General Business from the University of Maryland and his Masters in Taxation from Texas Tech University. He also studied International Business at the University of Copenhagen / DIS. He is a CPA and a member of the AICPA and FICPA, and serves on the International Tax Committee of the FICPA.
