RE/MAX All Star Sells Squaremouth Company HQ

RE/MAX All Star recently completed on the sale of 4355 Central Avenue, St Petersburg. The property is a former church, which was purchased in 2017 by Squaremouth Inc (a St Pete based travel insurance company) as their future company headquarters. The 1.4acre property sold for $1,862,500 on July 6th 2021, as the new ‘work from home’ standard made the property surplus to demand. The sale included 13 lots sandwiched by Central Ave and 1st Ave N, between 43rd St and 44th St.
