*********************PRESS RELEASE***************************

150 families received food and diapers on Saturday, September 12th to assist in these days of higher need. Operation Attack has teamed up with the Sunshine City Kiwanis Club, Circle of Faith Church, Lakeview Presbyterian Church, Maximo Presbyterian Church and other local churches to add this assistance to other food programs in the city of Saint Petersburg as families continue to be economically impacted during this pandemic.

Operation Attack began in 1967 to serve the south Saint Petersburg community. They have provided food to families and the elderly, clothing for children and limited help with electric bills. Forced to cease operations during the COVID 19 outbreak, this is their first opportunity to again serve the south Saint Petersburg community.

Contact Rev. Phil Miller-Evans for more on this project.
