St. Pete Cooking School Launches Fall Series

St. Pete Cooking School offers hands-on cooking classes at Allendale Church in St. Pete. Classes cost $45-$49 and include vegan, vegetarian, seafood and meat dishes along with nutrition education.

Taught by dietitian and nutritionist, Wendy Wesley, the classes are back-to-basics cooking for busy individuals who want to cook more at home, rely less on restaurant and prepared foods and improve their health.

The classes are interactive and hands-on with all ingredients and equipment provided. Students eat what they cook in a dining room adjacent to the kitchen.

Lessons include Crab Cakes, Roasted Red Pepper Pesto Pasta, Seafood 101, Roasted Sweet Potato Salad, IKEA Meatballs, Butternut Squash Soup and Cast Iron Thanksgiving Favorites.
