St. Petersburg Woman-Owned Business Expands to Better Serve the Flooring Needs of Greater Pinellas and the Beaches

St. Petersburg, FL (September 2024)—Floor Coverings International St. Petersburg, a locally owned and operated, women-owned business, has joined forces with Floor Coverings International Seminole, a cornerstone in Tampa Bay’s flooring industry since 1991. The two territories combined better service the residential and commercial flooring needs of St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo, Seminole, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, and the Pinellas beaches.

The combined territories are now owned by Shona Holden, owner of Floor Coverings International St. Petersburg, which just celebrated its 10th anniversary this year. Shona and her family moved to St. Petersburg in 2012 from Georgia and have since called Venetian Isles home. She is active in the local community and is a member of the Rotary Club of St. Petersburg, the Stuart Society, and Club Masquerade.

Bill Hess has owned Floor Coverings International Seminole since 1991. He and his family have been long-time residents of Largo and have spent the last 30+ years building their company into a leading provider of high-quality flooring.
