Tampa native Bryce Josepher, a veteran marketer in commercial real estate, has launch West and Ola Marketing Agency LLC to service two distinct demographics in today’s business landscape. The company will be providing copywriting and content creation services to commercial real estate companies and individuals nationwide, as Mr. Josepher possesses over $700 million in successful collateral, in addition to branding building expertise within the industry.

While the company’s presence will be extended outside of the Bay Area, the founder has been in the Tampa area for over 25 years and sees a massive opportunity to help local businesses within the the Tampa Bay Area. “Naturally, a target audience for us is the commercial real estate sector, but on the opposite end of the spectrum, our company will utilize the same best practices to help local businesses excel with their external marketing. Being Tampa raised, I want to help some of the amazing businesses we have in Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater.” The goal for the company is to democratize access to experienced marketing resources without having to pay high rates. “We will be somewhat of a disruptor, as many executives and small businesses simply cannot pay retainer fees that come with many large agencies across the country, we plan to bridge that gap by offering custom plans that business owners can actually afford to pay right now.”

West and Ola formed at the end of May 2023, and plans to scale with the level of demand for accessible marketing resources in the coming years.
