$134 billion money management firm moves to Tampa
February 26, 2022 - Billionaire fund manager Jeffrey Gundlach has moved his money management unit, DoubleLine Capital LP, to Tampa. The relocation from Glendale, California to Tampa Bay was outlined in a recent regulatory filing. The filing did not say if Gundlach, who has long complained about taxes in California, would join the principal office in Florida. The office oversaw over $134 billion at the end of 2021.
