Affordable housing for special needs residents opens in St. Pete
September 4, 2025 - Over 15 St. Petersburg residents with special needs now have a safe place to call home as the Boley Centers recently opened the Founders Point Apartments at 2901 31st Street South. The $6 million project was primarily funded by the Florida Housing Finance Authority, with a $395,000 contribution from the city and $735,000 from Pinellas County. The Boley Centers will provide several support services to help residents achieve stability and independence in their new homes.
