Another St. Pete Winn-Dixie to become an Aldi
July 9, 2025 - The Winn-Dixie at 11100 4th St. N. in St. Petersburg will close Aug. 3 and undergo a $1.7 million transformation into an Aldi. The German discount grocery chain acquired Southeastern Grocers, the parent company of Winn-Dixie, in March 2024. Aldi is currently transitioning the Winn-Dixie at 3327 Dr. MLK Jr St. N. into a store with space for a future tenant.
