Applications open for City’s G.R.O.W. Program
July 15, 2026 - The application period is now open for the City of St. Petersburg's G.R.O.W. Program and the Ready. Set. Bid. Academy. According to a prepared statement, the two initiatives are designed to help businesses "qualify and compete for opportunities within the city." Applications for the G.R.O.W Program are due July 27.
