AVI-SPL in Tampa buys Digital Video Networks
July 25, 2019 - AVI-SPL, a digital workplace services provider based in Tampa, acquired Digital Video Networks, an audiovisual and unified communications company headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona and serving the southwest United States. Financial terms were not disclosed in a news release. AVI-SPL said the deal with strengthen its market leadership with additional talent and resources in a growing region while expanding the company’s global support and services delivery capabilities to current and prospective customers.
