Axios lays off Tampa Bay reporter
August 6, 2024 - Seline San Felice, a local reporter with Tampa Bay’s Axios newsletter, announced the publication was letting her go in a Tuesday morning social media post. San Felice, a University of Tampa alum, subsequently told Creative Loafing that her last day with Axios is Friday. She also said the local newsletter’s two other reporters, Kathryn Varn and Yacob Reyes, will remain with Axios.
