Bucs play in NFL’s first game in Germany this fall
March 1, 2022 - The NFL announced Monday that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will take part in the first regular-season game ever played in Germany. The game will take place at FC Bayern Stadium in Munich. The NFL will announce the Bucs’ opponent, along with the date and kickoff time for the contest, when it releases the full 2022 schedule later this spring. Fans can register for the game and receive additional information at www.nfl.com/munich. With the expansion of the regular season to 17 games last year, Tampa Bay will still host eight games at Raymond James Stadium in 2022. Germany will host four NFL games over the next four seasons, in Munich and Frankfurt.
