Cargo logistics company to close Tampa facility
August 14, 2023 - LGSTX Services Inc., which provides cargo handling and air gateway operations, will be permanently closing its Tampa facility at 4736 Hoover Blvd. in early October. As a result, the logistics firm will cut 26 workers. "This layoff is the result of the sudden and unforeseeable decision made by a customer to terminate operation services," LGSTX President James Pradetto wrote in a Aug. 11 notification letter sent the state.
