Castille Urbana development opens in downtown St. Pete
February 8, 2025 - Castille Urbana, a new 40-unit condominium development in downtown St. Petersburg, is now welcoming residents at 600 3rd Ave. S. In June 2024, Natalie Gomez, senior vice president of the NJR Construction Group, told the Catalyst that Castille Urbana was under budget and ahead of schedule. The firm opened Domus Urbana in March 2023 and is now developing a third condominium building within walking distance of the previous projects.
