Catalina acquired by Infillion
February 25, 2026 - St. Petersburg-based marketing and advertising company Catalina has been acquired by New York-based Infillion. Financial details were not disclosed. Catalina "built the world's largest purchase-based intelligence network, processing 11 billion annual shopping trips across seventy major retail banners," according to a prepared statement.
