Catalina adds big Midwest retailer to its network

June 10, 2020 - Catalina, a St. Petersburg-based technology firm that collects and analyzes shopping data, is adding Kum & Go to its retail network, effective immediately. Kum & Go is a family-owned convenience store chain with about 400 locations across 11 Midwestern states. Kum & Go will use Catalina's digital tools to deliver personalized digital media, a news release said. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Catalina says that is understands and influences the purchasing decisions of more than 75 percent of American shoppers nationwide through relationships with leading consumer packaged goods brands, as well as 62 grocery, drug, mass and convenience retailers spanning more than 23,000 physical stores.
