Clearwater City Council approves BayCare Ballpark term sheet
April 24, 2026 - The Clearwater City Council approved Thursday a term sheet for a $205 million renovation project at the Philadelphia Phillies's spring training home, the BayCare Ballpark in Clearwater. Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners members approved the term sheet and $85 million in funding Tuesday. The City of Clearwater is set to contribute $30 million.
