Clearwater insurtech sells to Miami private investment firm
March 24, 2021 - Ensurem, a Clearwater insurance technology and product distribution company, has been acquired by 777 Partners, a Miami-based private investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal gives fast-growing Ensurem capital and additional resources for product development and technology advancements, Dave Rich, founder and CEO, said in a news release. Ensurem offers Medicare Advantage, Medicare supplement, vision, dental, hospital indemnity and final expense insurance, as well as solutions for insurance carriers.
