Clearwater Target gets Disney store
August 26, 2019 - Walt Disney Co. (NYSE: DIS) and Target (NYSE: TGT) have unveiled plans to open Disney stores inside of Target stores nationwide. The Target at 2747 Gulf to Bay Blvd. in the Clearwater Mall will be one of the first 25 stores with an opening planned in October. Forty more Disney stores will open in Target stores by October 2020. The Disney store at Target will feature more than 450 items including toys, games, apparel and accessories including more than 100 products that were previously only available at Disney retail locations, a news release said.
