Clearwater’s Digital Media Solutions is now a public company

July 16, 2020 - Digital Media Solutions, a technology and digital performance marketing solutions in Clearwater, has completed its business combination with Leo Holdings Corp. The deal, with an enterprise value of $757 million, makes DMS a publicly traded company. Leo changed its name to Digital Media Solutions Inc., and its common stock began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol DMS beginning this morning. DMS’ management team will continue to lead the combined company. That team is led by Joe Marinucci, co-founder and CEO; Fernando Borghese, co-founder and chief operations officer; and Randall Koubek, chief financial officer. Lyndon Lea, the former chairman and CEO of Leo, will serve as a director on the combined company’s board.The DMS management team and private equity investor Clairvest Group (TSX: CVG) collectively own a majority of the combined company, a news release said.
