Construction commences on Sundial renovations
February 17, 2024 - St. Petersburg’s Sundial shopping center is now undergoing several upgrades, with construction fencing circling its courtyard. St. Pete-based Paradise Ventures and Tampa-based Ally Capital Group, which bought the property for $21.1 million in early 2022, are transforming the open-air courtyard into a communal greenspace with an outdoor bar and programming. Six life-size bronze dolphins will replace the sundial sculpture.
