Council approves 2026 Grand Prix dates
May 1, 2025 - City Council members have unanimously approved event dates for the 2026 Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg. The annual races will take over the downtown waterfront from Feb. 27 through March 1 and again kick off the NTT INDYCAR season. The dates align with the 2025 Grand Prix, which set new attendance records and garnered 1.4 million viewers on Fox.
