Covid two-week percent positivity rate remains under nine percent

January 20, 2021 - The Florida Department of Health reported another 317 cases of Covid-19 in Pinellas County Wednesday and four additional deaths, bringing the cumulative county total since March to 55,241 cases and 1,206 deaths. The two-week percent positivity rate now stands at 8.63 percent. As of Wednesday afternoon, there were 338 people hospitalized with a primary diagnosis of Covid-19 in Pinellas County's acute-care hospitals, with 17.6 percent of adult ICU beds available.
