Coworking company selects St. Pete for first Florida location

January 21, 2026 - Lapin Development recently purchased a 24,000-square-foot building at 2301 3rd Ave. S. for $3.5 million and plans to convert it into Florida's first Urban Office location. The Houston-based coworking company plans to operate over 100 offices and retail space in the building, previously owned by the Louise Graham Regeneration Center. The groundbreaking nonprofit closed in September 2025, leaving the Warehouse Arts District property vacant.
