Crave Spa, Salon Color Bar sign leases at Westshore Marina
July 10, 2019 - BTI Partners, the company developing the Westshore Marina District, has signed leases with Crave Spa and Salon Color Bar. Crave Spa is a full-service, high-end spa with an existing location in Tampa. Salon Color Bar is high-end hair salon. The Westshore Marina District site will be its second in Florida, joining a salon in St. Petersburg. Both are expected to open in early 2020. Duckweed Urban Market, a boutique grocer, will be the anchor tenant at Westshore Marina District, a 52-acre master planned community at Westshore and Gandy Boulevards.
