Cyber attack hits ConnectWise
May 13, 2019 - A ransomware attack impacted ConnectWise operations in the European Union, according to crn.com. The May 3 attack did not compromise any personal data, the company said in a letter to partners. ConnectWise, a Tampa-based IT service management company, hired a forensics firm to investigate the attack and has taken steps to make sure it cannot be duplicated, crn.com reported.
