Deadline extends for tourism accelerator
September 8, 2023 - Business advocacy group AMPLIFY Clearwater and Economic Impact Catalyst (EIC) has extended the application deadline for businesses interested in participating in the area's first tourism business incubator. The new application deadline is Sept. 11. The startups must demonstrate a clear connection to the tourism industry and address issues such as traffic jams during the winter months, needed beach nourishment, light pollution that affects turtle nesting and coral bleaching.
