Debt deal for The Hermitage
March 11, 2019 - Walker & Dunlop structured $65.2 million in financing for The Hermitage, a 348-unit Class A apartment building in downtown St. Petersburg. The commercial real estate finance firm competed the debt deal for Brass Enterprises, who bought the property for $107.6 million.
