Downtown St. Pete condo tower tops out
November 15, 2024 - Art House, a new 42-story luxury condominium tower in downtown St. Petersburg, has reached its highest point. Development firm Kotler Urban and general contractor Coastal Construction celebrated the milestone Friday. Construction commenced in June 2022 and 75% of the tower’s 244 units have sold.
