Elections supervisor extends deadlines due to storm

November 10, 2022 - The Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections office announced Tuesday that it is extending the deadline to present written evidence of eligibility for provisional ballots and to submit cure affidavits for mail ballots until 5 p.m. Saturday, due to Hurricane Nicole. The release states that voters who need to submit those requirements have already been notified. To accommodate the extension, the Canvassing Board will postpone its Friday meeting until 8 a.m. Monday, Nov. 14. While the office is closed Friday in observance of Veterans Day, it will open from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Saturday for those needing to submit documentation.
