Embarc partners with Blind Tiger owner on ‘startup focused’ coffee
December 19, 2019 - Embarc Collective, the downtown Tampa hub designed to elevate the startup community, has partnered with Roberto Torres, owner of Blind Tiger Cafe, to develop a unique coffee concept called Endeavr. The brand was inspired by startups to support the entrepreneurship journey with sustenance, a news release said. Endeavr will be the on-site provider of beverages and food at Embarc’s community café , a public space that will serve coffee, including nitro and cold brew, tea, kombucha, sandwiches, salads and acai bowls. Torres worked with Tampa-based creative studio Pep Rally Inc. to develop the Endeavr brand. The new café gives members and the community a space for collaboration and conversation when Embarc opens at the start of 2020.
