Extensive renovations complete at downtown office tower
March 27, 2025 - A multi-million-dollar renovation project at the 12-story City Center office tower in downtown St. Petersburg has concluded. The 242,115-square-foot building at 100 2nd Ave. S. now features a redesigned atrium, a new fitness center, a state-of-the-art conference center, multiple indoor and outdoor aesthetic upgrades and a new coffee and sandwich bar, Bean Wandering. St. Petersburg-based Feldman Equities owns the property through a joint venture with City Office REIT and Tower Realty Partners.
