Fast-casual salad restaurant opens downtown
December 11, 2019 - Greenstock, a fast-casual salad restaurant, is in the midst of a soft opening in downtown St. Petersburg, at 449 Central Ave. It's owned by local restauranteurs Erica and David Benstock, who own Il Rotorno on the same block, and by Brooke and Peter Boyd, owners of Hype Group and Boyd Construction. The menu features salads and wraps. During the soft opening, Greenstock's hours are from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. The restaurant will be closed on Sunday, Dec. 15 and Sunday, Dec. 22.
