Flagship Bank expands to Tarpon Springs

February 17, 2020 - The new owners of Flagship Bank have started expanding the bank's footprint. A newly opened Tarpon Springs branch at 116 S. Pinellas Avenue is the first of two new branches to open following the acquisition of the bank by West Florida Bank Corp. in October. Anna Billiris was named senior vice president and market manager to lead the banking team in the Tarpon market, and Joe LaRussa, vice president of commercial lending, will also office in Tarpon Springs. Flagship Bank, with $155 million in assets, also has offices in Clearwater and Oldsmar. A new Largo office is slated to open in late March.
