Flex offices in Clearwater sell for $15.4 million
December 13, 2019 - Albany Road Real Estate Partners made its first purchase in the Tampa-St. Petersburg area, when it bought a three-building, 150,633-square-foot flex office portfolio in Clearwater. Developed in the mid-1980s, the value-add buildings at 4400, 4600 and 4800 140th Ave. N. are within Meridian Concourse Center, near the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport, said Avison Young, which represented seller Meridian Development Group in the $15.4 million deal. Meridian recently invested about $1.3 million in capital renovations at the property and the buildings are currently 92 percent leased, a news release said.
