Foot Locker invests $10.7 million into St. Pete headquarters
July 21, 2025 - Athletic apparel retailer Foot Locker will spend $10.7 million renovating its new headquarters at 570 Carillon Pkwy. in St. Petersburg's Gateway Area, according to city permits approved July 15. The Fortune 500 company leased the 110,998-square-foot space in March. Dick's Sporting Goods acquired Foot Locker for $2.4 billion in May and will operate its former competitor as a standalone entity.
