Fortune 500 company Ferguson to lease space in Tampa
August 14, 2026 - Ferguson, a Fortune 500 company that distributes plumbing supplies, HVAC parts and essential water products, will lease approximately 50,750 square feet of space at a new office building under construction within the Gasworx District in Ybor City. According to a prepared statement, the company plans to begin utilizing the space in April 2027.
