Inflation remains unchanged in Tampa Bay
July 15, 2025 - The Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater metro area's inflation rate increased by .4% from May to July and 2.6% year-over-year. Those numbers remain unchanged from June. However, personal finance platform WalletHub ranked Tampa Bay No. 15 on its latest list of "cities with the biggest inflation problems," which is one spot worse than its previous report.
