Jagged Peak sale closes
December 12, 2019 - ID Logistics has completed the acquisition of Jagged Peak, a Tampa-based logistics services company. The sale closed a couple of weeks after ID Logistics, an international contract logistics group based in France, announced it was buying Jagged Peak for $15 million. Jagged Peak, with nearly 200 employees, specializes in e-commerce, multi-channel and consumer products throughout the United States and posted $80 million in sales last year, a news release said.
