KnowBe4 acquires UK firm with $43 million valuation
April 24, 2024 - Clearwater-based cybersecurity firm KnowBe4 is acquiring Egress, a data privacy and compliance company based in the United Kingdom. The merger will provide a singular platform for customers. According to the announcement, which did not disclose financial details, the two firms have partnered for over a year. Egress employs 318 people and has raised over $43 million in venture capital.
