Largo secures retail tenants for new City Hall
November 14, 2025 - Largo's new mixed-use City Hall will feature Strachan's, an ice cream shop, Louis Pappas Fresh Greek restaurant and Parlor Doughuts. The facility has roughly 18,000 square feet of retail space and is part of an entertainment district. Construction on the $85 million project, known as Horizon West Bay, will conclude in early 2026. City Hall will welcome municipal employees in mid-January.
