Leadership changes at Neptune Flood

December 9, 2019 - The chairman and CEO of Neptune Flood in St. Petersburg have switched roles. Trevor Burgess moved from chairman to CEO, while Jim Albert moved from CEO to chairman, according to a report in Insurance Journal. Neptune Flood, launched in 2017, is an insurance company that uses advanced data analytics and technology to create quotes, and in just its second year, became profitable and had 20,000 clients. Burgess, the former president and CEO of C1 Bank in St. Pete, has experience managing growth technology companies, Albert told Insurance Journal. As chairman, Albert will work to increase consumer awareness for the need for flood insurance and expanding the insured base in the United States, Burgess told the trade journal.
