Lightning honors Holocaust Museum’s chairperson
January 17, 2024 - Michael Igel, board chairman of the Florida Holocaust Museum, recently received the Tampa Bay Lightning’s Community Hero Award. Igel received recognition during a game and $50,000 on behalf of the museum. The donation will help fund events and new programming designed to engage “learners of all ages" at the St. Petersburg institution.
